With the above combination of diagnostic equipment we can perform many tests and configurations that main dealers are unable to carry out. We can programme standard control units for example a new Engine Control Unit (ECU) either with a standard Land Rover or a modified programme to enhance performance and fuel economy.

Whilst we have invested heavily in diagnostic e

quipment we have not forgotten other areas where dedicated equipment is required for example, air conditioning. We have a semi automatic air conditioning machine that allows us to perform some basic checks on air con/climate control systems and also re gas the systems to the manufacturers recommendations. As this is carried across all makes of vehicles, we are often asked to service or diagnose air conditioning systems on other makes of vehicles both by the trade and also by the public.

We carry out rebuilds on engines, some manual gearboxes, differentials, transfer boxes and axles. This all works alongside our normal day to day jobs of servicing, fault finding, electrical repairs, MOTS and general repairs, for example, brake overhauls, chassis welding, aluminium welding and  some body repairs.

We have gained approval from the AA and RAC  for warranty repairs and can also undertake Land Rover Approved Extended warranty repairs. For vehicles that are still under the original 3 year warranty from Land Rover then repairs must be undertaken by a Main Dealer, however, we can organise this for you if required as part of our customer care programme.

Servicing is one of the most important factors how your vehicle performs in terms of performance, fuel economy and reliability. We often see vehicles that have services missed and then as a result find some problems that could have been avoided had the Land Rover recommended service interval been adhered to. During the service we only use quality parts and fluids. If the vehicle is still under the manufacturers warranty, then we only use Genuine Land Rover Parts to ensure that the warranty is not effected. Some people ask if we are allowed to service the vehicle whilst it is still under the manufacturers warranty. The simple answer is Yes, we can service your vehicle (or any other vehicle) whilst it is still under warranty thanks to an EU law called Block Exemption. This means that the manufacturer cannot dictate where the vehicle is serviced only what service checks, parts and what service intervals should be undertaken to maintain the vehicle warranty.

All of our servicing is carried out in  accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.

All manor of repairs are undertaken here on our own premises. This includes the usual repairs sometimes found during servicing, MOT repairs, Mechanical, Electrical and of course body repairs. We can also arrange recovery in the event of breakdown.

We offer off site MOT tests usually carried out by one of our own personnel. Currently we have two approved MOT testers who regularly test vehicles and can advise on MOT issues if required. Our standard MOT test is £40.00 with free re-tests if required up to 10 working days from the initial retest.
